Boxing Exercise Taster
A welcoming seven-week introduction to boxing-based exercise, coming to three Hertfordshire villages this autumn.
About the Sessions
Delivered with Boxing Saves Lives, this seven-week taster course offers an enjoyable and accessible introduction to boxing-based exercise.
The emphasis is on fitness, movement and learning good boxing form and technique, rather than hard-contact boxing or sparring.
Sessions are suitable for beginners and you do not need any previous boxing experience.
