Blood Pressure Project

Our community blood pressure project helps residents understand the importance of regular monitoring and makes it easier for people to check their blood pressure locally.

Healthy Hubs

Our Healthy Hubs distribute useful information about staying healthy through village halls, with practical signposting to local services, activities and support.

By bringing information into trusted community spaces, we can help rural residents find the support they need closer to home.

Funders and Partners

Healthy Villages is made possible with the support of our funders and health partners.
