What are Rural Support Networks?
They are local volunteer-led networks that support each other, looking out for vulnerable, older, and isolated residents in our villages and hamlets.
What do we do
Supporting groups by:
- 🧭Guidance, convening, and light-touch coordination for local RSNs.
- 🤝Connections to partners – health, councils, and VCFSE services.
- 📈Practical tools – data, templates, training, and peer learning.
