Are you interested in joining the board?

The Role – you will be an active and creative Trustee working with an energetic and CAN DO board, staff and volunteers.

Each Trustee “adopts” a project (based on personal interest/experience) to support staff and learn about the work we do and inter-facing with like-minded and trusted partners and stakeholders and impact on our beneficiaries.

This “business” model has proved to be successful where Board members can be involved in services which leads to  mutual learning. Involvement in a project will vary and be dependent on the project’s needs and there is an expectation for you to report back to Board meetings.

Boards Goals – To initiate projects to provide support and information to urban and rural communities

To become a charity of choice to deliver innovative programmes, progress our sustainability through successful applications, increase digital inclusion for us and communities, increase our profile through our project delivery, design a realistic marketing strategy and develop and train our people to deliver exciting projects to benefit communities we serve.

Person description – Someone still in work, to complement the other Board members from diverse work backgrounds who are retired. Passionate about making a difference to diverse community needs and their aspirations,

Skills in marketing, ICT, legal, social investments will help with our Strategy Plan for the future.
