Hertfordshire is beginning to introduce a NHS England programme called ‘Integrated Personal Commissioning’ (IPC).


Integrated Personal Commissioning is basically a way of joining up health, social care and other resources to put the person in greater control of their health and the services they require. IPC supports the improvement, integration and personalisation of services, building on learning from ‘personal budgets’ in social care and driving bold expansion plans for personal health budgets.

We want to invite you to find out more about the IPC programme in Hertfordshire, and more importantly, contribute your ideas as to how the programme can develop and become used in the county,

We are holding two key engagement events in areas (one in Hertford on 8th August 2017 and one in St Albans) and we particularly want people who are living with long term conditions (and their carers) to come along with their ideas, but also representatives of the voluntary sector and community to contribute their ideas and thoughts.
