We are the CRED Covid Recovery Ethnic Diverse Project (formerly known as the CRB Covid Recovery BAME project)
As part of the response to the Covid-19 pandemic and its impact on Hertfordshire’s Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic communities, CDA Herts, working in partnership with Herts Clinical Commissioning and Herts County Council, has been commissioned to deliver the Covid Recovery Ethnic Diverse project.
CRED is a countywide project which is split into East and West Hertfordshire.

The Aim of the CRED Project:
To address inequalities and improve the health and wellbeing of Ethnic Diverse individuals and communities in Hertfordshire.
What Do We Do?

Facilitate Social Prescribing pathways for Ethnic Diverse communities

Support Ethnic Diverse communities to make better connections with health and social care providers

Work with partner organisations, public health and commissioners to guarantee that
Ethnic Diverse communities’ health inequalities are effectively reduced or prevented

Improve access to advocacy services for Ethnic Diverse communities
