We are the CRED Covid Recovery Ethnic Diverse Project (formerly known as the CRB Covid Recovery BAME project)

As part of the response to the Covid-19 pandemic and its impact on Hertfordshire’s Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic communities, CDA Herts, working in partnership with Herts Clinical Commissioning and Herts County Council, has been commissioned to deliver the Covid Recovery Ethnic Diverse project.

CRED is a countywide project which is split into East and West Hertfordshire.

The Aim of the CRED Project:

To address inequalities and improve the health and wellbeing of Ethnic Diverse individuals and communities in Hertfordshire.

 What Do We Do?

  • Facilitate Social Prescribing pathways for Ethnic Diverse communities

  • Support Ethnic Diverse communities to make better connections with health and social care providers

  • Work with partner organisations, public health and commissioners to guarantee that

    Ethnic Diverse communities’ health inequalities are effectively reduced or prevented

  • Improve access to advocacy services for Ethnic Diverse communities
